I moved into the Nesta Business Centre in May 2014. It suited me because I live locally and needed office space for a year. If you don’t live locally there’s a good Luas connection and it’s located almost on the M50 so getting there is rarely a problem. The staff were helpful and the quality of the office space is good with meeting rooms and a canteen. The rents they offer are competitive as they include things like heat, light, cleaning and the usual office overheads which would normally eat into your budget. As a bonus, you have 24 hr. access so you can come and go as you please. Overall, I’m happy with my experience here and I would highly recommend giving them a try if you’re looking for office space for your business.

It provides everything that newly set up business may need, from convenient and secure location, to office and warehouse space all within the same building. They have flexible operating hours, along with the assistance of professional and helpful personnel.
