How do I gain Access to Nesta facility?
For security every customer is given a personal access code that allows them gain access to Nesta facility. This code will also turn off individual alarm on your room. By having your own lock on your room only you can gain access.
What Security features are there?
We have 24hr CCTV, individually alarmed rooms, onsite staff, and personal access codes.
What size are your storage rooms?
Our rooms come in a range of sizes from a 25 sq. ft. room all the way up to a 200 sq. ft. Our rooms are 8ft in height, similar to most homes. The width of the doors openings is 3.5ft. We will work with you to make sure you have the room to suit your needs. We are happy to change your room size as your needs change
Do I need to use boxes when storing my belongings?
By storing your belongings in boxes it is easier to pack you room and locate items when you need them. By stacking your boxes you can fit more in to your room. In each of our stores and on our website you will find a full range of boxes and packing supplies.
What Facilities are available at Nesta?
There are trolleys available for customers to use to bring their items from their car, van or moving truck to their unit. We can provide shelving for your room if needed. There are lifts available to help make moving into your room as easy as possible. We have a canteen in each centre where you can have a cup of tea and relax while filling, emptying or visiting your room.
How do I get my belongings to my room?
If you need a removal service we are happy to help you arrange this. At each of our facilities there are trolleys and lifts making it very easy to bring your belongings to your room.
What is the standard rental period for a room?
Our standard minimum rental period is one month. We require 7 days’ notice when you want to move out. It is important to notify the reception staff that you vacated the room, so they can terminate your account. This is to avoid being charged further once you have moved out.
How do I pay for my room?
The same way you would pay rent on a private room, apartment or house, we require you to pay one month in advance. One of the easiest ways to pay is by setting up a direct debit.
Can I use Self-storage for my business?
Self-storage is more cost effective and flexible than traditional warehouse storage that requires you to commit to a long term lease. At Nesta you can rent a room for as short or long as you need it. We only require 7 days’ notice when you want to move out. If needed we can accept deliveries on your behalf.
Is a serviced office the right choice for my business?
Nesta serviced offices are a cost effective and flexible way to run your business without having to commit to a lengthy lease. We have offices ranging from a 2 person suite to a 12 person suite plus access to meeting rooms on site. Offices come fully furnished, are equipped with broadband and telecom access.
