We have a canteen in each centre where you can have a cup of tea and relax while filling, emptying or visiting your room.
How do I get my belongings to my room?
If you need a removal service, we are happy to help you arrange this. At each of our facilities, there are trolleys and lifts making it very easy to bring your belongings to your room.
Do you sell boxes and packing supplies?
Yes, we sell boxes and a full range of packing supplies like packing boxes, bubble wrap. Everything you need to pack and protect your items is available in-store or online.
Can I access my unit 24/7?
While we do not offer 24/7 access, all Nesta locations are open 7 days a week, including evenings and weekends. Our opening hours are:

No. Sleeping or living in storage units is strictly prohibited for safety reasons.
What happens if I lose my access code or key?

Yes. We provide trolleys, pallet trucks, and lifts free of charge at all branches.

How do I pay for my room?
The same way you would pay rent for a private room, apartment or house. We require you to pay one month in advance. One of the easiest ways to pay is by setting up a direct debit.

No, you do not need an Irish bank account, and most customers choose to pay by credit card.
Can I prepay my storage unit?
Yes, you can prepay up to 12 months in advance, and we offer discounts for prepayment of accounts.
When is my rent due?
There are 2 options: You can choose to pay monthly on the same day you activated your contract or you can choose a date that suits you. Please note that once the date has been agreed, it cannot easily be changed.
Do I need to pay a deposit?
Generally no, however, some larger commercial rooms and offices do require a deposit. Where a deposit is paid it will be refunded when the unit has been vacated (subject to meeting requirements of the licence agreement).
Are there any hidden costs?
No, there are no hidden costs. You only pay for the storage you use.

Cover will be unique to each customer as it is the dependent on the value you place on your goods in storage.
Why do I need to take Insurance
Just like living in your apartment where building insurance is covered by a third party, you still need to have contents insurance when you live there. Self-storage works the exact same way.
Does my storage quote include Insurance for my goods while in storage?
Your quote will not include Insurance because the level of cover is dependent on the value of goods you are placing in storage.
What does the storage insurance cover?
Our insurance covers fire, theft, flood, and vandalism. Full terms are available on request.

Yes – Nesta offers a Price Match Guarantee, but only under specific terms and conditions.
What do I need to provide to get a Price Match?
To qualify, you must present a written competitor quote (verbal quotes won’t be accepted) at one of our stores. The quote must:
Be from a self-storage competitor within 3 miles of the Nesta branch you’re enquiring about
Be dated within 2 weeks of your intended move-in date
Be for a comparable storage service (i.e. similar security features and facilities to Nesta)
Quotes from containerised storage or shipping container companies do not qualify.
Are there any limits to what rooms the Price Match applies to?
Yes. Our Price Match is only available for rooms up to 200 sq. ft, and only if we have space available at the requested store. If we don’t, we may offer an alternative room at a nearby Nesta location.
Can I combine the Price Match with other offers or discounts?
No – our Price Match cannot be used with any other promotions or special offers, including competitor new store opening deals.
If you match a price, how long is it valid for?
Once agreed, your matched quote is valid for 1 month before move-in. After move-in, the Price Match rate is guaranteed for a maximum of 6 months, after which it will revert to our standard rate.
What else should I know about your Price Match?
The Price Match only covers the storage cost – it does not include insurance or packing materials.
All Price Match offers are at the discretion of the store team and subject to availability.
Nesta reserves the right to withdraw or refuse a Price Match at any time.

No but feel free to bring your own units, shelving can support organizing and room optimization.

How do I cancel my unit?

Do I need to clean the unit before I leave?
Yes. Units should be returned clean and empty. Additional charges may apply if we need to clean it.
Do I need to be present on move-out day?
